Purpose of the Job:
WeWork is currently seeking a Business Development Lead for a full-time position based in Mexico City. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this individual will be responsible for generating and closing a robust pipeline to drive business growth and will be involved in the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
As a successful Business Development Lead your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):
Based in our HQ offices, strategically map prospective accounts by analyzing organizational structures, key personnel, and existing technology landscapes.
Proactively develop and support outbound opportunities, translating them into successful closings.
Contribute to enterprise event and operations strategy, particularly in networking events.
Duties:
With the help of the manager, establish different hunting strategies that allow you to reach the goal successfully.
Engage in high-level conversations with corporate leaders, including heads of real estate, CFOs, Heads of HR, and other key business decision-makers in both target and prospect accounts.
Develop a targeted account list and employ outbound and business intelligence strategies to enhance our pipeline.
Conduct research to build and nurture new and existing accounts, involving activities such as adding contacts, disseminating enterprise newsletters, generating demand from events, and coordinating strategic meetings.
Efficiently utilize top notch prospecting tools for data input and tracking.
Demonstrate creativity by thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions that contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Effectively communicate the WeWork brand and lifestyle to the enterprise community, emphasizing our culture-enhancing benefits for corporate organizations
