Here's What You'll Be Doing on a Weekly Basis:
- Identify sales prospects by making proactive phone calls and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate opportunities for our Sales Executives.
- Use our CRM and may want to include social media and marketing.
- Use your creativity to schedule appointment with prospects, communicate with lost accounts and try to get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales team to learn and support the bid process as well as follow-up communications as you grow.
- You'll be learning the role of Sales Executive - this associate role is designed to grow into the executive role.
- When you achieve objectives, you have the opportunity to get PROMOTED and you'll be earning even more incentive compensation ($100k+).
Requirements
Must Have:
- Resilience for cold calling
- Enjoy talking on the phone
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license &reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Prior history of building &establishing relationships
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
