Mindera is hiring a

Business Development Specialist

Leicester, United Kingdom

At Mindera we build websites and mobile apps for some of the world's most prestigious brands and businesses with a strong focus on eCommerce. We are looking for an experienced and down to earth, business development leader to join and drive the evolution of our naisent business development capabilities in the Fashion Tech and retail divisions. Fashion Tech represents around 250 Minders, roughly a quarter of Mindera’s work and retail represents another quarter.

Our growth has been mostly organic to date. We are introducing this role to be pivotal in maturing our approach to winning work with new clients. This will include adding in “just enough” process and structure, as well as connecting with leaders across the industry to understand their problems and needs and help us mature our proposition.

Mindera is a reasonably flat organisation with very little hierarchy. We encourage self organisation and our people tend to reject fixed job titles. You can read more about our ways of working in our handbook.

The role would be hybrid and flexible in terms of work location, but some face-to-face time with prospects and existing clients (who are typically in London) would be needed. We have an office in Leicester and London to connect with colleagues and host external guests. There will also likely be a small amount of international travel as our business is spread across the world with around half the company based in Portugal.
