The Business Development team is seeking an experienced professional to recruit analysts and portfolio managers in the APAC region.

Business Development (BD) is a dedicated talent acquisition function focused on identifying and attracting equity long/short investment talent at the PM, senior analyst, and analyst levels. We conduct thorough due diligence on candidates beginning with an extensive, multi-step interview process through qualitative and quantitative assessments. Our success is dependent upon talent sourcing and relationship building, and we continue our relationships with new hires to assist with team development and support PMs as they build and execute their business plans.  

What you’ll do 

• Maintain candidate data in the firm’s applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and reliable data is available to support our processes and reporting
• Coordinate with candidates and administer remote assessments
• Help the team run efficiently by managing phone coverage, setting up conference calls, gathering and submitting expenses, and other essential administrative activities
• Liaise with external recruiters and candidates on logistics such as interview scheduling
• Coordinate travel for team members and candidates 
• Greet candidates on-site and guide them through pre-screening activities 
• Partner with Compliance on applicable procedures and process

What’s required

• A college degree
• Strong English communication skills required; knowledge of Mandarin would be helpful
• Sound judgment in addressing queries, calls and issues
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
