What you’ll do ?
- Prospect like a pro: Utilize various online channels to identify and engage top-tier healthcare professionals across diverse specialties.
- Qualify leads effectively: Conduct insightful conversations to assess fit and convert promising prospects into qualified leads.
- Nurture relationships: Build rapport with potential experts, understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of joining our platform.
- Drive results: Exceed individual and team goals, contributing to the overall success of our mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0 -2 years of sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
- B2B sales experience is a plus
- Insurance experience is a plus
