Banyan is growing rapidly and seeking Business Development / Revenue Operations Representative with a demonstrated track record of success to join our growing Sales Team. As a BDR, you will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying new sales leads that will directly contribute to revenue generation. You'll work closely with our marketing team to convert leads generated by campaigns and engage potential clients across various channels.

This role reports to the VP of Sales and works on a hybrid weekly schedule based in our San Francisco office (3 days in office/2 remote) with the flexibility to adjust on an ad hoc basis.

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 OTE (On Target Earnings comprised of base salary and variable commission plan) unlimited upside potential
