Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help us grow our business in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in BDR or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in SaaS companies. The candidate must also be fluent in Dutch, German, and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email marketing, and social selling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to learn more about customer needs and pain points
  • Position our services as the best solutions to meet customer needs Qualify leads and pass them off to the sales team
  • Track and report on sales activity and performance
  • 2+ years of experience in BDR or a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in SaaS companies
  • Fluency in Dutch, German, and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales on campaign messages, segmentation and targeting
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator and leadgen intent tool
  • Knowledge of the German market would be a plus
