We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help us grow our business in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in BDR or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in SaaS companies. The candidate must also be fluent in Dutch, German, and English.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email marketing, and social selling
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls to learn more about customer needs and pain points
- Position our services as the best solutions to meet customer needs Qualify leads and pass them off to the sales team
- Track and report on sales activity and performance
- 2+ years of experience in BDR or a similar role
- Proven track record of success in SaaS companies
- Fluency in Dutch, German, and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to collaborate with Sales on campaign messages, segmentation and targeting
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
