Members shop fresh local foods, carefully curated essentials and refillable staples, with convenient weekly delivery for just $10 a month. The Rounds also offers scheduled pickup services for compost, recycling and packages. Its “Psychic Home Manager” is an AI-powered platform that enables predictive restocking and personalized product recommendations. The Rounds is backed by top investors and has been featured in TechCrunch, FastCompany, PBS, and others. The Rounds is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to expand our portfolio of strategic partnerships and play a critical role in scaling our business. In this role, you’ll actively engage with potential partners in the field to source new partnership opportunities, cultivate meaningful connections that support the partnership development team, and lead in-person events during partner activations. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face and voice of The Rounds to prospective partners, building relationships through in-person meetings, site visits, and community engagement—playing a crucial role in company growth! You Will:
  • Develop new partnerships by identifying and prospecting into key partnership opportunities.
  • Drive Member acquisition by leading partner activations using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of The Rounds features and product assortment to successfully onboard new Members, ensuring they place their first order.
  • Provide feedback and insights from partner activations and Member interactions to improve event setup, sales strategies, and product offerings.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops.
  • You Are:

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Have access to reliable transportation to travel to/from partner locations (a car is a plus, but not required)
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 3-4 hours at a time in outdoor settings.

  • Comprehensive training to get you started, plus ongoing training and coaching to support you in the role and help you maximize your success.
  • Competitive hourly base pay of $20/hour
