The Opportunity:
As a Bales Development Representative at ShiftCare, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, engaging with small to mid-size companies across the US region.
Your mission? Qualify the ShiftCare value proposition to outbound leads via phone, email, and live chat, by booking demos for our Account Executive team. You'll also collaborate on outbound campaigns with our Marketing team, making a direct impact on our expansion.
What You'll Do:

Requirements
- Located in Canada.
- SaaS Savvy: Experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies
- Sales experience: 2 years experience in a similar Sales Development Representative role
- Pipeline Architects: Ability to build and maintain an accurate lead pipeline independently.
- Time Management Masters: Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Goal-Oriented: A sharp focus on goals and a belief that daily, weekly, and monthly activities lead to success.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
