Rhombus is looking for a Sales Development Representative who proactively seeks new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tenacious, confident, and a hustler who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and doesn’t take no for an answer. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to act as a subject matter expert on Rhombus cameras and software. 

What You'll Do:

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects 
  • Contact potential clients through calls and emails 
  • Educate leads on Rhombus products and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with an Account Executive 
  • Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster relationships 
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services 
  • Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads 
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market 

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or telemarketing 
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation and social media 
  • Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with prospects 
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent and strong attention to detail 
  • A Hustler that doesn't take no for an answer 

This is an onsite position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office 3 times a week. 

Need to be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. 

Compensation 
Base Salary: $50,000 
Estimated OTE (base salary + commission): $75,000 

Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
