We’re looking for a business development representative to join our Channel Sales team in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll build relationships with potential partners, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Pipedrive can help them grow their businesses.
You'll play a crucial role in recruiting and nurturing solution providers and therefore, in expanding Pipedrive's market presence worldwide. Your new adventure:
- Identify and recruit new solution providers to join Pipedrive's partner network
- Conduct high-volume outreach to generate qualified partner leads (via calls, emails, and social media)
- Develop and implement effective partner recruitment strategies with the Channel team and leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners
- Provide enablement resources to ensure the success of recruited partners
- Work internally with management and marketing to ensure high quality and quantity of partner discovery calls
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls to assess potential partners' alignment with Pipedrive's ideal partner profile
Does this sound like you?
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partner recruitment, or similar roles
- Experience in the Saas industry is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective outreach and engagement
- Experience with high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify leads
- Ability to develop and implement effective partner recruitment strategies including social selling
- Understanding of market trends and partner needs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented to ensure high quality in all aspects of partner interactions
- Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and the channel team
- Fluency in English; any other language (e.g. Spanish, French, or German) is a plus
