Position details:

We are on the hunt for an exceptional Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in 2025 !

At SovTech, a Business Development Representative is a crucial member of the BizDev Team who will be initiating new business opportunities and fuelling our company's growth. Your role will focus on building strong initial connections with potential clients, understanding their unique challenges, and introducing them to the innovative solutions SovTech has to  offer. You'll be the first point of contact, getting it #sorted, as well as paving the way for long-lasting #partnerships.

What will you be doing?

  • Process all outbound communication from generated leads, including cold calling, emailing and securing meetings..

  • Evaluation and qualifying leads to scheduled meetings for Account Executives.

  • Maintain data integrity of outbound leads to ensure accurate CRM information.

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Team and other BDRs to achieve SQL targets
