Title: Business Development Representative - Mid Market
Start Date: November 4, 2024
Location: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST at 120 N Racine Ave #100, Chicago, IL 60607.
Ability to graduate to fully remote after 12-months if in good standing.
Role Description:
The Business Development Representative - Mid Market will help develop logistical solutions for mid market size businesses using the full suite of ShipBob's services. This role’s primary responsibility is to creatively and strategically construct outreach for each merchant then collaborate with ShipBob's Account Executives to close deals with merchants that have not previously worked with us. Our representatives achieve quota by meeting expected metrics for outbound touches and demos set for their respective Account Executives.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The full base pay range for this position in our architecture is $48,252 - $80,421.
