We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing Corporate Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in fueling InStride’s mission to bring life-changing education to the workforce.
As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential corporate partners, responsible for identifying high-value prospects and generating interest in InStride’s innovative education solutions. Your work will involve conducting targeted outreach, engaging in meaningful conversations, and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about making an impact, and is eager to grow their career in sales and business development while contributing to a mission-driven organization.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: You have a knack for identifying and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and networking, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Tenacity and Resilience: You can “weather the storm” of a long sales cycle, focusing on cultivating relationships and persevering through challenges.
Entrepreneurship & Strategic Thinking: With a drive to succeed, you take a creative approach to problem-solving and understand the importance of a compelling value proposition.
Communication: You are capable of communicating a clear and persuasive message to both internal and external audiences
Relationship Building & Emotional Intelligence: You listen actively, understand the pain points of potential clients and feel energized by the prospect of finding solutions.
Target base compensation amount for this role outlined below. This position is eligible for a commission plan in addition to base pay. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts shown below.
