We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and assisting in the overall strategic vision of our business development efforts. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our client base and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to qualify prospects and generate interest in Commify's offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline and provide regular updates and reports on progress towards sales goals.
What You'll Bring:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
