Bynder is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for career growth and a break into tech sales. The ideal candidate is hard-working and goal oriented, with a “hunter” personality and a passion for sales. You will be an integral member of our Sales team, responsible for generating leads and opportunities and contributing to the continuous growth of our brand. 

You will be the very first contact for prospects - who will later become our biggest enterprise champions.

What you will do:

  • Research, identify and reach out to prospects that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Strategic outbound prospecting that stands out from the crowd, including (personalised) emails, social media outreach, phone calls. 
  • Qualify leads and opportunities by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying criteria;
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of our products, and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects
  • Collaborate with account executives and field marketers on targeting specific companies in your markets.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly targets

Who you are:

  • You have 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or account management experience; preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • You are an excellent communicator who is fluent in English. German speaking is a big plus!

  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Salesloft and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Bonus if you have marketing technology and/or digital transformation knowledge.
  • You are highly reliable and willing to learn on the job constantly.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, committed and possesses excellent time management skills.
  • Additional knowledge of technology, cloud computing solutions, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS are also a plus!
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s preferred, but not required
