Business Development Representative (Hybrid)

About the Job

We are actively expanding our sales team and looking for a Business Development Representative to support explosive demand in Toronto for our Internal Communications SaaS product.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships. You are the driving force behind new sales opportunities, directly impacting our growth and success. 


Your Impact 

  • Meet, or exceed, monthly KPIs and quota. 
  • You are the first point of contact for marketing-generated inbound leads - speaking directly with Fortune 500 executives
  • Supplement your outbound pipeline via cold calls, personalized messages, customized videos, and LinkedIn 

How You Can Stand Out 

  • Prior sales experience – lead generation, discovery, and qualification
  • Eager-to-learn, solution-orientated, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Great active listening skills, the ability to uncover opportunities, and answering objections 

About You

  • Education in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who is naturally curious 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
