Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls according to established KPIs.
  • Manage written communications (via email, chat, or social media).
  • Achieve or exceed results based on KPIs.
  • Understand and promote the services of the assigned client.
  • Correctly record calls in the client's CRM or assigned tool.
  • Follow guidelines and policies according to client expectations and previous training.
  • Perform other assigned job tasks.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: Must have a B2 level of English or higher.
  2. Experience:
  • At least 6 months of experience handling cold calls.
  • 1 year of experience in cold calling or similar positions.
  • Experience dealing with clients is preferred.
