As an Business Development Representative (BDR) at Xplor Recreation, you’ll be at the forefront of our outbound lead generation efforts, driving new business opportunities and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be identifying and connecting with potential clients who may not yet know about the value Xplor Recreation can bring to their communities. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll work closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams to prioritize outbound targeting, engage prospects, and convert them into qualified leads through strategic discovery conversations.
This role is essential in building a strong pipeline of new opportunities and plays a critical part in our company’s growth. Success in this position requires someone who is driven, resourceful, and thrives in creating meaningful connections. You’ll excel by leveraging strong communication skills, creative problem-solving, and a proactive approach to consistently engage prospects and deliver value. You’ll occasionally support inbound lead qualification efforts alongside the Sales Development Representative (SDR), ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
This position has a base salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 CAD.
This position is eligible for a commission plan.
