Business Development Representative (BDR)

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, outreach, and prospecting.
  • Travel to represent Text.com at 3–5 (and growing) offline events annually.
  • Collaborate on building and optimizing our BDR tech stack and processes.
  • Set yourself up for growth—step into an AE role within 6–12 months.
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year of experience in a BDR or similar role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of success with cold calling.
  • Familiarity with BDR tools and a willingness to enhance our sales strategies (ZoomInfo, gong, apollo, salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Hunger for success and passion for professional growth.
  • Ability to travel for events (US-based).
