As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be responsible for initiating the first touchpoint with potential clients, actively driving outbound lead generation and building a high-quality pipeline for the sales team. You’ll work closely with Sales Campaign Managers to refine target lists and identify leads, using strategic outreach to engage decision-makers. Your role will involve prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for Account Executives to convert prospects into long-term clients.
We value work-life balance, so please only apply if you're based within 2 hours of the Central European Timezone.
What you’ll do…
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute outbound sales campaigns through multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing their needs, budgets, and potential for partnership, and ensure alignment with WorkMotion’s services.
- Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads by nurturing potential customers throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Campaign Managers to enhance lead targeting, prioritize high-potential accounts, and drive smoother transitions from prospecting to closing stages.
- CRM Management: Accurately log activities, update contact information, and track pipeline progress within the CRM (HubSpot) to maintain data integrity and report on progress.
- Market Insights: Share industry insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback from leads with the broader sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
What we’re looking for…
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar BDR, SDR, or sales role, preferably within B2B SaaS or HR tech.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of successful outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
