Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ experience in business development and pre-sales, particularly with Atlassian platforms, including JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, and other related tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Atlassian implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in Atlassian tools are a plus.
