Business Development Operations Data Analyst

About the role

As a Business Development Operations Data Analyst at Inizio, you will play a pivotal role in data collection, organization and structure to driving informed decision-making. Leveraging your expertise in data analysis and visualization, particularly with Power BI, you will support the Business Development Operations team by providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful narratives. 

What you will be doing: 

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Analyze large BD Pipeline and Sales datasets to extract valuable insights and trends related to business development operations.
• Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Power BI Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Power BI visualizations.
• Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities. 

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Sales, and IT, to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Data Governance and Quality:

• Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Monitor data quality and implement measures to address any discrepancies or anomalies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on business development/Sales operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
