Currently looking for:

A Business Development Associate to join our P2P Business Development team. We are looking for an individual who is skilled in collaborating, developing market penetration, and building management relations with users and companies. This role will support our business development activities in Vietnam. You will be based out of Vietnam and report to the Head of Business Development.

Key responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:

  • Build and strengthen client and partner relationships to achieve long-term business and use of Bitfinex and our products, particularly P2P trading.

  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.

  • Work with other internal teams to develop strategic plans, events, activations, and promotions and ensure KPIs are being met for business deals and partnerships.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients and evaluate different use cases.

  • Provide opportunities within different markets to increase transactions and support users in different use cases. i.e. different corridors in different areas.

  • Budgeting and projections based on market penetration and expansion outlook in your region.

  • Maintenance and support for users and corporate accounts (VIPs).

  • Coordinate with other Business Development Associates to support users in Vietnam.

  • Present weekly reports of the Vietnam market and proposals for improving the product.

  • Travel as needed to different regional events or as required.

  • Incentivize users to utilize APIs to increase the volume of transactions in the P2P Market with different payment methods.

  • Propose the addition of payment methods or user incentives for the respective market.
