Business Development Manager User Services / Home Energy Management (m/f/d)

Join Viessmann's dynamic Digital User ecosystem as a Business Development Manager. Drive innovation and growth across multiple markets by identifying and implementing new business opportunities within our expanding digital landscape, especially with regards to Energy Management Solutions.

Your impact

• Collaborate with Service & Service Line Owners to define and calculate business cases for new opportunities within Viessmann’s digital ecosystem.
• Analyze business situations across different countries at both strategic and tactical levels, converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Identify new value streams, support the transition to recurring revenue models, and enhance the paid usage of digital offerings.
• Explore and ideate scalable business models in various market segments to enhance customer value, experience, and profitability.
• Increase awareness of assigned digital products in collaboration with Product Owners (POs).
• Implement strategic measures to boost turnover and profitability.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform business strategies.
• Support international rollouts and market introductions while monitoring sales opportunities.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or a related role.
• Strong sense of emerging markets and trends.
• Analytical abilities to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of business figures with the ability to analyze and draw conclusions.
• Proficient in project management and problem-solving, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
