Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE (+ £6,000 car allowance, bonus scheme)

We’re recruiting for an exciting role as a Business Development Manager on behalf of a well-established company specializing in HVAC services across a variety of sectors. The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The role offers hybrid working options, progression opportunities, and a highly competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new markets and clients for HVAC maintenance contracts.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct surveys, prepare quotations, and submit tenders.
  • Work closely with an experienced team to exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements

About You

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within HVAC or service contracts (not essential).
  • A personable and engaging individual with outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Confident working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Target-driven, commercially astute, and strategic in your approach.
  • Exceptional time management, negotiation, and planning abilities.
