Stormlands is an analytics platform that calculates the financial sustainability of a mine. Mining valuation requires complex, changing constantly and often volatile data.

The transition of global economies to a low carbon economy requires additional metals specifically critical raw materials and battery metals. This additional demand is going to require significant growth in the creation of new mines. In addition there is a growing social and political awareness of the strategic importance of these materials and their supply chains. Governments are being motivated to review the development of mines within their jurisdiction and to support the creation of new ethically responsible mines faster.

You will be a part of a vibrant and innovative team, leveraging advanced technologies to revolutionize mining corporate finance and commodity revenue forecasting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing, developing and building a strong sales pipeline. 

 
Does this describe you?

We are seeking a highly dynamic, ambitious, entrepreneurial and experienced Business Development Executive to join our mining corporate finance start-up. This is a permanent, full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely. You will be responsible for driving the development and management of our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Implement a sales strategy that aligns with our company goals. Drive enterprise sales and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the mining and financial services industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on enterprise (B2B) cloud services ideally providing data analytics.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.

Passion for innovation and advanced technologies, with a continuous learning mindset and a drive to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Experience of startup customer development methodologies and taking a new product to market.
