Key Responsibilities
- Drive hirer penetration in the assigned territory, ensuring flawless execution.
- Identify recruitment needs for outstanding hirers and suggest appropriate, world-class solutions.
- Conduct high-level presentations and discussions with hirers, including "C" level executives.
- Maintain outstanding client engagement to foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct simple analysis and provide regular updates on recruitment trends to top hirers.
- Hold face-to-face meetings with hirers to present, negotiate, and discuss recruitment updates.
- Show passion, strong initiative, and a dedicated dedication to succeed.
- Ensure that projects deliver as-sold solutions and remain within baseline parameters.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or a related Business field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Proven experience in B2B Key Account Management (3-5 years).
- Experience handling top companies and confidently engaging with various management levels.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communicators with proven team motivation and management abilities.
- Demonstrated moderate-level project management experience, preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta and to work 70% in the field.
