Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• To drive hirers penetration in the assigned territory.
• Identify recruitment needs for top notch hirers and suggest appropriate solutions
• Conduct High level presentation & discussions with hirers and “C” level
• Excellent client engagement is needed
• Able to do simple analysis and regular updates in recruitment trend to top hirers.
• Having face to face meeting with hirers to present, negotiating and recruitment updates
• Passionate, strong initiative, dedicated with a commitment to succeed
• Ensure that the project delivers the as-sold solution, and remains within the baseline

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Business related
• Strong exposure and experience in B2B Key Account Management (3-5 years)
• Experience handling Top Companies and having high confidence in talking to different type of management level.
• Strong leadership skills and communication skills
• Good communicators and strong in team motivation and management
• Demonstrated moderate level project management experience preferably in a multinational professional services environment
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and willing to work 70% on the field basis.
