Within the Area Middle East & Africa we will have a special focus into the Scaffolding business and as such this role will be responsible for driving the development for the Construction Scaffolding business in that area with a particular emphasis on sales strategy, development and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To actively enable the Country Organizations setting up and executing their local scaffolding sales strategy to accelerate the go-to-market process
- Acting as a sales trainer for Ringlock
- Acting as a promoter, independently of projects, such as presenting Ringlock and our services to customers and at all suitable events (roadshows, etc.)
- Coordinating marketing activities (social media, etc.)
- Acting as a coach for newly hired Scaffolding Sales Reps in the Country Organizations
- Actively support hiring new Scaffolding Sales people in selected countries
- To provide ad-hoc support in managing projects and determine project sales strategy on request by the country organization
- Follow up on the project pipeline and plan customer visits together with the country scaffolding sales teams
- Ensure constant communication with internal stakeholders such as Regional Directors, Scaffolding Business Unit Industry, etc.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
- Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification or similar
- Excellent and proven knowledge of scaffolding systems and standards, including the ring-lock system
- Intensive sales and business development experience in the scaffolding industry in the European region with a particular focus ideally in the construction sector
- Relationship network to potential scaffolding clients and other key stakeholders in the scaffolding industry in the region
