Our client, a top-ranked staffing provider, is looking for three Business Development Managers to drive new business and expand client relationships in Administrative, Finance, Banking, Legal, Marketing, HR, Sales, and Professional Staffing.
✅ 3+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally 3-10 years), with a strong preference for staffing industry experience (temporary/contract staffing).
✅ Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building lasting client relationships.
✅ Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
✅ Resilience & positivity – Must be able to handle rejection and stay motivated daily.
✅ Strong oral communication & presentation skills for virtual and in-person client meetings.
✅ Experience selling contract staffing solutions to corporate headquarters, banks, law firms, insurance companies, or related industries.
