Position Summary

TTC is growing at a rapid pace, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to promote our messaging and drive conversions that support TTC’s growth efforts. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals. Key tasks include appointment setting, conducting meetings, preparing presentations and proposals, and taking initiative in the sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Client Service Directors to develop lead nurturing strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing on partner events, tradeshows, webinars, and more
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional technology partners
  • Develop relationship with assigned prospects to ensure long term success
  • Gain a working knowledge of IT and the latest software testing technologies
  • Qualify leads, secure appointments, and support advancement in the sales cycle
  • Update CRM (Salesforce) with status of website downloads, tradeshow lists, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within business development
  • 5 Years preferably of B2B sales experience in the Mid-West region, preferably within IT
  • Experience in selling services preferred, but not required
  • Proven track record of nurturing leads through email or calls
  • Prove track record of progressing opportunities within sales cycle
  • Ability to learn and utilize CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
