As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of a spirited sales team aiming to establish the client as the top dark kitchen provider in the region. The role involves complete management of the sales cycle, including product demonstration in both physical and virtual settings, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

The client is committed to providing an attractive remuneration package, including commissions, and flexible work arrangements. They also provide training and mentorship from a team of accomplished sales professionals, which will be instrumental in advancing your sales career.

What You Will Do

  • Handle the commercial process from conducting site tours to closing deals for inbound leads.
  • Generate outbound interest through smart and effective inside and outside sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM data entries on potential sales opportunities and keep notes based on the latest status.
  • Be familiar with the company's value propositions and be able to explain and answer queries effectively.
  • Conduct a large number of daily site tours, follow-up communication through various channels and other meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative team and Sales Manager to generate leads and close deals.

What You Will Need

  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management
  • Understanding of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, curious, adaptable to a rapidly growing environment
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English
  • Experience or knowledge in the hospitality, real estate, eCommerce, food delivery, F&B, or tech sector would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and G Suite tools
