The Role

This is a great opportunity to join Kriya’s Commercial team focusing on closing merchants in the SME and Mid-Market segment. We are looking for an experienced consultative sales professional, who understands B2B merchants' need for working capital and BNPL solutions and has a track record of closing qualified leads from multiple industries, consistently achieving sales targets. You should be excited about joining a lean sales team and being involved across the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering against specified targets on a monthly and quarterly basis 
  • Review incoming leads and inquiries to assess their potential value to the organisation. 
  • Conduct initial outreach to leads through various communication channels to gather preliminary information and gauge interest
  • Engage  with CEO’s and CFO’s of SME and Mid-Market businesses in the UK, building a strong business case for the use of Kriya’s platform
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team including Marketing, Implementation, Operations and Risk to ensure you can package the best solution. 
  • Drive new business generation through referrals and relationship-building
  • Attend external events and networking opportunities as well as host them. 

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in B2B financial sales
  • A strong track record of consistently high-performing in a revenue-generating role
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
  • Reliable, determined and tenacious
  • You are customer centric and passionate about achieving great results
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, mission-led environment
  • You are excited by the challenge of revolutionising business finance
