Role Summary- Reporting to the Head of Sales

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Education and Retail markets, addressing their unique challenges and needs and intelligently prospect for new potential clients.
  • Embrace and apply SPIN and STONGMAN sales methodologies to enhance your sales effectiveness.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with your team and Regional Sales Manager to discuss progress, share insights, and strategize for success.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • A desire to exceed targets and achieve business development goals.
  • You will book 15 new business and 10 follow up meetings per month.
  • You will collaborate with our team to tailor solutions and improve the sales process.
  • You will demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges, rejections, and changing market dynamics.

What you'll bring

  • This role would suit someone with 1-3 years' B2B sales experience and with some exposure to enterprise software sales would be a bonus.
  • You are agile in every conversation and curious in your questioning to understand client challenges, requirements and opportunities.
  • You can show important attributes:, drive, resilience, curiosity and a sales mentality.
