Market Development: Develop and maintain the sales territories in Cyprus, Albania, and Kosovo to reach agreed targets, focusing on both formwork and scaffolding solutions.
Client Acquisition: Identify potential customers, create networks, make cold calls, and convert prospects into actual sales.
Account Management: Retain existing accounts and expand business through face-to-face contact with customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify and select new markets within Cyprus, Albania, and Kosovo, including establishing a network of formwork and scaffolding retailers and traders.
Sales Strategy: Present proposals, sell the features and benefits of new products, and develop strategies for selling and purchasing formwork and scaffolding solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with local organizations and the Back Office Team to prepare calculations and offers, and ensure smooth project handover to operations and engineering teams.
Reporting: Complete weekly sales reports accurately and on time, providing information as needed for backlog and sales projections.
Travel: Travel within Cyprus, Albania, Kosovo, and occasionally outside based on client and project requirements.
Scaffolding Business (North Greece): Develop and expand the scaffolding business in the northern region of Greece, identifying and approaching potential clients in the construction and industrial sectors.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the construction sector, preferably in formwork and scaffolding.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle responsibilities with urgency.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English and Greek; additional languages relevant to Cyprus, Albania, and Kosovo are a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of formwork and scaffolding systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, commercial proficiency, and effective selling and problem-solving skills.
Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, assertive team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel and learn new systems, products, and techniques.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture/Mechanical), Business, Marketing, or related disciplines is preferred.
