Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on local business development by approaching new accounts whose profile match the strategy defined by Vertical Leader
- Enhance growth with additional business for assigned existing accounts
- Generate leads, set up appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc.
- Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective accounts
- Take ownership to RFIs/RFQs for assigned accounts
- Participate in MBR and QBR for assigned accounts where required
- Protect the company’s benefit by strictly complying with all policies and regulations
- Effectively interacts with other departments including account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department
- Study the market inclusive, but not limit to competitors, carriers, manufacturers, to be updated market trends, fluctuation, change
- Timely submission of sales report to direct manager or higher levels when required
Team Management - Ensure compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
Ensure understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
- Good in communication and negotiation
- Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
- Proactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Japanese / English skils
- Openness to travel (domestic and overseas)
- Ability to work in fast moving environment
