As the Business Development Manager for Investor Portfolios, you will develop and implement strategies to maximise returns for investors in bulk buying deals. You will also expand our network of high-net-worth individuals and establish strategic partnerships.
In this role, you will:
Portfolio Strategy:
- Analyse and understand the portfolio available for sale with Bayut.
- Devise appropriate strategies to maximise returns for investors opting for Bulk Buying Deals.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise portfolio performance.
- Create, develop, and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the company's income.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Investor Network Development:
- Establish and expand a network of high-net-worth individuals.
- Pitch investment prospects with committed IRR & ROI.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing investors.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Establish and maintain relationships with local investors and financial institutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's long-term cardinal goals.
- Create and exploit commercial opportunities to increase company income through existing and potential new clients.
Internal Stakeholder Liaison:
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales and Finance.
- Identify gaps and update policies/procedures to ensure a sustainable environment.
- Work towards achieving assigned goals through cross-functional cooperation.
Pricing Model Administration:
- Oversee the design of pricing models for investors.
- Ensure pricing models are competitive and attractive before offering them to investors.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- An MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or investment sectors.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio & investment strategies, and real estate trends.
- Knowledge of bulk buying deals, property valuation, and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and financial modelling tools.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills when closing bulk-buying deals or establishing partnerships.
- Ability to pitch high-value investment prospects to high-net-worth individuals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
