It addresses the key challenges faced by traditional radiology workflows by automating routine tasks, enhancing image quality, improving communication, and ensuring robust data security. These capabilities enable radiology departments to operate more efficiently and provide superior patient care.

As we continue to expand our global presence, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry influencers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for potential clients
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation and signing
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements

  • Proven track record in international sales and business development
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of imaging software solutions like PACS/RIS is highly desirable
