Role Description:
Report to the General Manager of Heavy Duty, serve as a core member of our Heavy Duty team
Identify and establish relationships with new enterprise customers who are seeking charging solutions
Work with product and other teams to facilitate problem solving and solution development with potential customers to help determine the best fit charging solution for the customer
Support proposal development and attend customer pitch meetings alongside the GM to help drive customers to a sale
Attend customer site walks across our Los Angeles heavy duty network
Support rev-ops function of our team to ensure we are capturing key customer insights, and tracking customer engagements in Salesforce
Support customer onboarding and training in collaboration with Tech and Ops teams
Become a strong voice of the customer to influence our product development, marketing, and pitch decks
Attend conferences as needed
Core Responsibilities:
Fill top of funnel by identifying and building new enterprise customer relationships
Build proposals and attend meetings and site walks, alongside the GM, to support the sale
Deliver structured reporting of our team’s sales activities and results
Attend relevant conferences & events, up to 25% travel
Keep track of industry news and insights and report out to the team
Preferred Qualifications:
4-5 years of related experience
Knowledge of the trucking, transportation, or charging industries
MBA or Masters Degree
