We're looking for an EDQ Business Development Manager to join a successful, driven and supportive team covering many different sectors, supporting specifically on our Data Governance Proposition. Experian has recently formally partnered with Intozetta, now an Experian company, and we are looking for someone to help us accelerate the plan, discussions with clients and meet the revenue targets we have in place.

The Business Development Manager will focus on growing, cross selling and upselling opportunities in key sectors and bring insight to the business on what clients want helping us evolve our proposition.

Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will definitely suit if you work well in a target-driven role and enjoy the challenges of the journey. Our product suite is broad and you will enjoy learning and showcasing new products and services. This would be ideal for someone that has worked in a similar sector, software, data or technology.

Essential duties

  • Hit daily and monthly Indicators focused on call activity, pipeline built and deals closed
  • Develop an understanding of Data Governance propositions
  • Work in collaboration with teams across the business including Customer Success, Pre Sales and Marketing
  • Contribute to the EDQ Roadmap providing competitor insight
  • Maintain and share a comprehensive understanding of products, competitors and use cases.
  • Achieve targets and forecast.
  • Regular attendance at sales/pipeline/opportunity reviews
  • Perform in a competitive environment
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
  • Curiosity to build considerable knowledge and be considered a data governance expert by clients, colleagues and industry peers.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
