About the Role (your why)

What you’ll bring

  • Ability to manage complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
  • Outstanding negotiating skills with the aptitude to ensure win/win situations for all parties.
  • Excellent customer relationship building and management skills, with the ability to deal with customers at all levels and translate their needs into a complete solution
  • Experience working in a sector where sales are achieved through a formal RFI, RFP process
  • Demonstratable SaaS sales track record in organisations with a staff headcount 500 plus
  • Highly desirable is an understanding of the employee ecosystem – Workforce Management, Payroll, and Human Capital Management

Responsibilities

  • Driving company created MQL’s across various market sectors to gain new business for Datacom
  • Supporting the activities of Datacom’s Go To Market team to increase the sales funnel
  • BDM activities focused on generating new leads for building of current and future opportunities
  • Producing term sheets and new business/financial models, and drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Interacting with a diverse set of partners, both existing and prospective partners, to drive integrated offerings to market
  • Establishing a referral network that delivers proactive leads
  • Performing competitive research, and contributing to business cases for growth through new offerings, partnerships and internal engagement
