MCF Environmental Services, Inc. established in 1989 is an environmental waste transportation services Company looking for a positive and energetic Customer Success Specialist/Sales Account Manager to join our team in Ellenwood, GA!
The BD Manager will assist the sales department and will act as a link between external customers and internal operations. This individual will have excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What you will do...
• Manage and maintain customer relationships with assigned facilities to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work directly with the sales department to troubleshoot, research, and resolve questions and issues within our services; Collaborate with other resources required to resolve issues.
• Leverage customer success tools to monitor customers' progress and utilization of our services
• Liaison between sales and operations management to ensure timely management of cases
• Liaison between sales and operations to identify upsell opportunities and servicing opportunities
• Monitoring customer outcomes, wellness call responses, and customer issue case management
• Demonstrate service expertise through interactions with customers
• Document all communication and maintain appropriate records for all accounts in our database
• Administrative support to Sales team and President of MCF with customer and/or sales related tasks
Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience/account management experience within hazmat space
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Strong desire to help customers achieve their goals
• Interpersonal skills to work well in a team environment
• Organizational and time management skills
• Analytical skills (pay strong attention to detail)
• High level of accuracy
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
