致力于更好服务华南片区的客户,英敏特广州办公室正在积极找寻一位BD销售经理。您将负责华南地区消费包装品(Consumer Packaged Goods)行业的新业务拓展和开发,与中国上海总部密切合作以确保华南地区业务能够更上一层楼。
【工作内容】
1. 拓展新业务:
- 通过潜在客户电话、预约、演示和提案提交发展广东地区新业务,锁定和开拓新客户
- 出差与潜在客户进行面对面的会谈(客户多在广东省,根据实际需要出差),并展示出高度精炼、专业和咨询式的销售风格,确保个人业绩指标以及CPG团队商务目标达成
2. 维护客户关系:
- 结合客户订阅英敏特的产品及其业务目标和属性,为客户指定全年或短、长期战略性方案并追踪跟进
- 不断提供创造性的业务解决方案,以证明投资回报率,并每季度为每个客户收集价值报表,以确保续约
3. 收集市场信息并优化英敏特产品:
- 成为 Mintel 主要产品和服务的产品专家,能够在大型团体面前自如地进行介绍和沟通
- 收集并向销售和领导团队传达市场反馈信息,并协助团队成为 Mintel 所有产品和服务的产品专家
【岗位要求】
- 近1-2年有美容和个人护理行业经验,对开发新业务及销售有热情
- 对华南地区尤其是美容和个人护理行业有深入了解,ODM/OEM或产品原料经验优先
- 英文:能够看懂邮件,使用软件即可
- 有跨国公司管理/工作经验者优先考虑
- 充满热情和激情,积极主动——对产品有真正的兴趣

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager who will work strategically with China Headquarters in Shanghai to ensure healthy business growth for South China. You will be responsible for the new business sales activities in South China in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
What You Will Be Doing
1. Business Development
- Grow the regional portfolio by targeting and closing new clients
- Ensure meeting activity levels (prospecting calls, appointments, presentations & proposal submissions) are met or exceeded
- Assisting the team with growing relationships at senior levels using excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and sharp attention to detail
- Assist the team to become product experts across all Mintel products and services
2. Account Management
- Create account-level business plans specific to the assigned portfolio
- Execute Mintel’s core client servicing strategy with each client and adapt appropriately to each client’s core business objectives
- Negotiate and close contracts to meet renewal rate & price increase targets as set by the management team
3. Travel to prospects for face-to-face meetings (up to 50% of the time or as needed) and demonstrate a highly polished, professional, and consultative selling style to set an example for the team
4. Become a product expert across all Mintel CPG products and services and be able to present and communicate comfortably in front of a big audience and/or top-level stakeholders/decision-makers
5. Ensure accurate recording of client details, meetings, objectives, and opportunities within Salesforce CRM
Who We Are Looking For
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the Beauty and Personal Care industry, ideally coming from the FMCG industry with a product development background, or sales and marketing
- Strong knowledge of the Southern China region especially the beauty and personal care industry
- Demonstrated achievement and experience managing accounts and developing new business
- Managing/working with multinationals will be a plus
- Enthusiastic and passionate – have a genuine interest in the product. Have the presence and ability to ‘excite’ people about the service
