Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships for their entertainment park. This role requires a strong background in tourism and excellent relationship management skills.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase park visitation and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tourism and entertainment sectors
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Create and present business proposals to potential partners
- Monitor and report on BD performance metrics
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the tourism/entertainment industry
- Native or professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) - Essential
- Proven track record of successful partnership development
- Strong understanding of the tourism and entertainment industry dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
