Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the community members needs, concerns, and objectives.

Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in revenue.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Defines long-term organizational strategic goals, identifies business and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Submit weekly & monthly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Identifying achievable targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a members list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
Require the capability & drive to improve the organization’s market position.
Required to work with the internal team, and other managers and thereby maximize revenue for their organization
Working with web design and community-based e-commerce sites.
Conducting research to identify new markets
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating company needs and goals.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
