ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the implementation and support of the company’s Asia Logistics Operation application system.
- Participate in system design, writing and implementing efficient code.
- Conduct and facilitate UAT and augment test scenarios to successfully test solutions and implement and monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support.
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
- Collaborates with Logistics business analyst and business partners on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design.
- Technology Development and Implementation, Develop and implement new technologies to meet evolving customer requirements, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Process Improvement Continuously improve yield, product quality, and cycle time through data analysis and process optimization, Develop and implement strategies to reduce defects and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Implement Global distribution and transportation best practices, including continued expansion of the Accelerated Digital Logistics, visibility and automation programs, cost visibility, Supply Chain Operating System, ERP (Oracle Cloud), OTM/GTM and WMS performance improvement efforts and assorted strategic projects.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent. Work experience may be considered in lieu of education qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of experience related position.
PREFERRED:
- Possess strong technical knowledge of NET-based framework , and hands-on experience in programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, REST API and MS SQL database.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform - Power BI/Apps/Automate.
SKILLS:
- Excellent analytic skills with demonstrated understanding of the concepts and issues unique to the operation of Logistics functions and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot an issue and provide expeditious end to end resolution for high-impact issues.
