About the role
The Americas Corporates desk is looking for individuals to join the Commercial Leadership Track and onboard the mission of unlocking new revenue from new and existing accounts. This player/coach role will be responsible for setting up, managing, and upskilling 3 Business Development Representatives in the region. You will play a pivotal role in the creation and commercialization of a key role within Dialectica, redefining the way key accounts interact with research provider services.
Our current and potential customers include Fortune 500s, high growth scale-ups, and everything in between.
You will be part of a newly formed team that will serve as the front face of the company. Your success in the role with set the foundation for a much larger commercial team with global reach. You will be challenged to find and qualify new customers, to activate our existing accounts with new solutions and ideas, and to upskill a new team. You will use a data driven approach to sales and focus relentlessly on improving the delivery of your team and the funnel of the customer acquisition journey.
Responsibilities
Sourcing Opportunities
- Apply everything you have learned, all the tricks, tips, and techniques and become a Business Development wizard. Put together compelling emails, tailor eye-catching LinkedIn messages & master your cold-calling elevator pitch to catch investors’ attention.
- Research accounts and investors’ backgrounds and work across our solution teams to create content that your prospect users will not be able to ignore.
- Book & deliver meetings with Prospect Users, understand their needs and find the best solutions to serve them
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of prospects and define strategies that can help deepen relationships through new user acquisition
- Become a master of our CRM, logging activities and ensuring impeccable data tracking. Leverage the CRM to continuously refine your work and your approach.
Building client relationships & generating recurring demand post-first cases until you’re flooded in projects
- Capitalize on your excellent work to ensure recurring demand.
- Win & impress new users until you build a name for Dialectica within your target accounts..
Management / Coaching
- Work with your team of 3 BDRs to hit your numbers. Pass on your sales knowledge and wisdom to your team to help them achieve their targets and to continuously grow our new Logos
- Devise and implement sales and business development best practices as you play a leading role in setting up a new function for Dialectica
Requirements
- You have worked in BDR or SaaS related sales roles for 3-5 years, and are fluent with CRM, qualification, Pipeline, and lead generation.
- You love closing, and you love growing. You are always up for a new challenge
- You have great written and verbal communication skills & can build strong user relationships.
- You are tenacious, resilient, and love being on the phone and finding creative ways around relationship building.
- You love a good challenge and are happy to figure things out along the way.
- You work well under pressure and are ready to go above and beyond.
