Your Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind their sales growth. Focused on the Builder, Electrical, and Fixings (BEF) industries, your role involves engaging new prospects, reactivating lapsed customers, and qualifying leads for the external sales team.

Requirements

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or telesales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess customer needs, potential, and suitability before passing leads to the external sales team.
- Strategy Planning: Develop monthly SOAP (Strategy on a Page) plans and present updates to the Internal Team.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align approaches and achieve growth targets.
