Business Development Executive

Role Overview: Work with a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner to sell business solutions to Microsoft Small and Medium Corporates (SMC) and Unmanaged accounts in Australia. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, managing the sales cycle, and enhancing services at current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Lead introductory meetings with a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft sellers and stakeholders.
  • Drive new business independently and proactively.
  • Develop strategic accounts and execute sales strategies.
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development teams on lead generation campaigns.
  • Respond to RFPs and close business.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years in Business development within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Experience selling to Small and Medium Corporates in A/NZ.
  • Self-directed with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in closing Microsoft Dynamics solution deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
